You can quickly add pages to the current document by adding a new page, duplicating a page, or inserting new pages.
Adding, deleting, renaming and moving a page can be done from the Layout tab of the Ribbon.
These operations can be also done with the Page Navigator pane. When dealing with multiple pages, you can use the Page Navigator pane. Please refer to: Using the Page Navigator Pane.
Select a page which you want to add a new page after.
Select the Layout tab of the Ribbon.
Click the top part of the New Page button in the Pages panel.
You can select Add New Blank from the drop-down list instead. When you select a page between pages, you will be able to insert a new page there. A new page will be added in the same size and orientation of the currently selected page. |
Select a page which you want to make a duplicate of.
Select the Layout tab of the Ribbon.
Click the bottom part of the New Page button in the Pages panel.
Select the Duplicate this page.
You can also duplicate a page from the context menu. Deselect all objects. Right-click on the Page Layout area. Select Duplicate Page. |
Select a page which you want to delete.
Select the Layout tab of the Ribbon.
Click the bottom part of the New Page button in the Pages panel.
Select the Insert Pages this page.
Set the Number of pages that you want to insert.
Select the page which the new pages are inserted After or Before.
Select Blank or Duplicate radio button.
When you select Duplicate, specify the page that you want to make duplicates of.
Click OK.
Select a page which you want to delete.
Select the Layout tab of the Ribbon.
Click Delete from the Pages panel.
The last page cannot be deleted. Thus, Delete is disabled for 1-page documents. |
Select a page which you want to change the name of.
Select the Layout tab of the Ribbon.
Click Rename from the Pages panel.
Select a page which you want to move.
Select the Layout tab of the Ribbon.
Click Move from the Pages panel.
Select a radio button, either Before or After.
Select a page from the drop-down list.
Click OK.
