You can save your documents as the following popular formats:

EVDOC is the native file format for the application. It is recommended that all of your works should be always saved in EVDOC to edit them in future. |
Select the File tab of the Ribbon.
Select Export from Backstage View.
Select a format that you want to save the document as from Save as type drop-list in the Save As dialog box.
Navigate to a folder in which you want to save the document.
Type a file name.
Click Export Options. The Export Options dialog box of the selected raster format will be displayed.
Set the options and click OK.
Select the Open file after save checkbox if you want to check the output in the default application to open the selected format file. Otherwise, deselect the checkbox.
Click Save.
The settings in the Export Options dialog box are remembered for the current session until the application is closed. If you use the same settings, you do not have to set them subsequently. |

Skip hidden pages | When there is a hidden page in your document, this checkbox gets enabled. When you want not to save hidden pages, select this option. |
Use objects’ bounds | When you want to export each page in the minimum selection bounds, select this option. Otherwise, each page size is used. |
Create a folder | When you want to create a folder and save the files in that folder, select this option. The folder will be created in the current document name. |

Antialiasing | Select this checkbox to apply antialiasing that makes the edges of rendered vector objects and text objects smoother. |
Transparency | This checkbox is available for PNG or TIF. Select this checkbox to make areas that are not occupied by pixels or objects transparent in exported images. |
Select File tab of the Ribbon.
Select Export.
Select CGM – Computer Graphics Metafile (*.cgm) from Save as type drop-list in the Save As dialog box.
Navigate to a folder to which you want to save your document.
Type a file name.
Click Export options. The CGM Export Options dialog box will be displayed.
Set the options.
Click OK.
Click Save.

CGM version | Select a version from Version 1, Version 2, Version 3, Version 4 (WebCGM). If your original document was Version 4 (WebCGM), be sure to select this version for export so that any imported data is preserved in the exported file. |
Compliance | Select either None, CALS (MIL-D-28003A), or ATA (version 2) radio button. |
VDC Precision | Select either 16 Bit Integer or 32 Bit Fixed from the drop-down list. |
Scaling Mode | Select either Abstract or Metric(mm) from the drop-down list. |
Beziers as polygons | If objects contain a fill ink, select this option to preserve it. All Beziers will export as polygons. If this option is deselected and the objects are exported as Beziers, the fill color is removed. |
Export layer as picture | If selected, each layer is exported as a separate image. If deselected, the file will be exported as one image. |
Export paint (bitmap) objects | If the current file contains image objects, select this option to export them. Deselect this option if you do not want to export the image objects. |

Navigate to a folder to which you want to save your document.
Type a file name.
Click Export options. The PDF Export Options dialog box will be displayed.
Set the options.
Click OK.
Click Save.

Select either one: Smallest - rendering the smallest area (only the object with transparency and the edges it touches). Select EMF – Enhanced Meta File (*.emf) from Save as type drop-list in the Save As dialog box.
Navigate to a folder to which you want to save your document.
Type a file name.
Click Export options. The EMF Export Options dialog box will be displayed.
Set the options.
Click OK.
Click Save.

Select SVG – Scalable Vector Graphic (*.svg) from Save as type drop-list in the Save As dialog box.
Navigate to a folder to which you want to save your document.
Type a file name.
Click Export options. The SVG Export Options dialog box will be displayed.
Set the options.
Click OK.
Click Save.

Navigate to a folder to which you want to save your document.
Type a file name.
Click Export options. The SVGZ Export Options dialog box will be displayed.
Set the options.
Click OK.
Click Save.
The SVG Import Options is the same as the SVGZ Import Options. |
