Opening Existing EVDOC Files
You can open EVDOC files from the local drives, Recent list, or Cloud.
| In any case the selected document will be opened as another instance which can be closed independently from other open instances. |
To open from the local drives
Do one the following:
Select Open.
Click Browse from Other locations
Navigate to a folder from which you want to open your document in the Open dialog box.
Select a file.
Click Open.
To open recently opened documents
Do one the following:
Select Open.
Click Recent.
Select a file.
| You can Right-click the application icon in the Windows taskbar and click a file in the Recent list. |
To open from the Cloud
Do one the following:
Select Open.
Click the Workspace Name from Cloud
Navigate to a folder from which you want to open your document if needed.
Select a file.
| Opening from the Cloud is only available in the Envision with the Cloud service. |
