You can adjust the overall size of an image cropping or removing unwanted areas, for example, excessive background. Also, you can crop an image and scale it to a specified size at the same time.
Select an image.
Select the Image contextual tab of the Ribbon.
Click Crop from the Crop & Scale panel.
The blue bounds with small handles appear on the edges of the selected image.
Adjust the cropping area by dragging the sides of the cropping bounds.
Move the cropping bounds, if necessary.
When you are ready to crop, click inside the cropping bounds.

Select an image.
Select the Image contextual tab of the Ribbon.
Click Crop from the Crop & Scale panel.
The blue bounds with small handles appear on the edges of the selected image.
Drag the sides of the cropping bounds outward to add the frame area.
When you are ready to crop, click inside the cropping bounds.

When an image is in PNG or TIF which has the transparency mask, transparent pixels are added instead of white pixels. Click Remove Transparency in the Mask panel of the Image contextual tab of the Ribbon to make them in white. |
Select an image.
Select the Image contextual tab of the Ribbon.
Click Crop & Scale from the Crop & Scale panel.
The blue bounds with small handles appear in the selected size. The image may be automatically scaled.
Adjust the cropping area by dragging one of the 4 corner handles of the cropping bounds.
Move the cropping bounds if necessary.
When you are ready to crop, click inside the cropping bounds.

When “Custom” is selected from the Crop & Scale drop-list, you can specify the width and height of the cropping bounds. | ||

Select an image with one-color frame.
Select the Image contextual tab of the Ribbon.
Click Trim from the Trim panel.

Select an image.
Draw a shape that you want to trim the image.
Resize and position the shape over the image, if necessary.
Click the Draw tab of the Ribbon.
Click Clipping Path drop-down list from the Clipping Path panel.
Select Trim to Path.
